Joel Norman Panganiban

Joel is a former instructor of Southern Luzon State University, Lucban and Tiaong Campuses, and a former agriculturist at the Municipal Agriculture Office of Los Baños. He is currently working as a Science Research Specialist of the Crops Research Division of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (CRD-PCAARRD).
